REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR FOR 1986 HONDA ACCORD

I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR FOR THE A/C AND HEATER FAN. IT IS LOCATED ON THE RIGHT SIDE UNDER THE GLOVE BOX

• Remove the glove box.
  Remove the blower duct. On air conditioned models, loosen the evaporator sealing band and slide it towards the evaporator.
  Disconnect the wire connections from the blower.
  Remove three mounting bolts from blower.
  Remove the blower

My check engine light came on tonight.

My check engine light came on tonight. I checked the oil and the radiator and they seemed fine. The car was not over heating. I just moved from Denver to Honolulu. One guy said he might be the 02 sensor.

You need to get a scan done to find out what is causing the light to show. Try the local parts store, most of them does it for free. I would require the exact error code to understand what is happening?

If you had just topped up gas, then check if the gas cap is tightly closed, with at least 3 clicks when closing.

2003 discovery misfire code po306

Question:
I have a 03 discovery misfire code po306 i changed plugs,wires, coils, performed leakdown test ok, comp is 180 ,fuel psi is 55 checked for vacuum leak ok ,do you think the problem is the fuel injector. have you ever seen this problem before on a land rover. also i looked in the cylinder and the center of the piston is clean, spark plug is black

Answer:
From what you are describing I would Say it is definitely the injector being stuck open. You have eliminated most of the other reason it could be doing this. About the only other thing that might cause this would be the O2 Sensors giving false reading. If all the plugs look black on that side of the engine and not just #6. Replacing just the front O2Sensor would correct this.

06 Malibu, no start, clicking sounds, battery is charged.

I tried to autostart my Malibu Maxx with my key fob, like I usually do. But it made a rapid clicking noise and did not start. The security light on the cluster flashed in unison with the clicks. I tried to start with the key, but the clicking continued when I turned the ignition. The noise is coming from under the dash, not engine compartment. Eventually the battery died. I got a jump and it started. I drove for an hour to charge the battery, locked the car with the key fob, and when I tried to start an hour later it clicked a little then the battery died. What is wrong?

Answer;

You either have a defective battery that will not hold a charge or you have a parasitic draw from something in the car not shutting off and drawing power with the car shut off.

First have the battery tested to determine if it needs to be replaced. Once you know you have a good battery, if you still have the problem, here is what you have to do.

There is a procedure for finding a battery draw like that.

You will need a digital ammeter and a jumper wire with clips on the ends to do this.
First rig any door switches so you can have a door open without triggering the interior lights and unplug the hood light. Remove one battery cable and attach the meter in series between the battery cable and battery post. Take the jumper wire and also attach it the same way. Leave the jumper wire on for at least 10 minutes to expire all the automatic timers. Now remove the jumper wire and read the meter. Anything over 50ma is too much draw. The way you locate this is to start removing fuses one at a time until the meter drops to normal level. This will be the circuit with something staying on. Determine what components are part of that circuit and check them individually until the problem is isolated.

I am trying to change the dirver side headlight.

I have a 1993 Geo Prizim and I am trying to change the dirver side headlight. I have the battery out and the bulb replaced but cannot ge it to lock back into place. Do I need to remove the entire headlight to replace this bulb? If so how? Already Tried:
I have replace the passenger side headlight with ease now I cannot get the driver side eadlight back in due to the battery and other tight spots. I think my hands are not small enough to fight into the tight spot!

Answer:
You should not have to pull entire lamp assy. Yes it is tight. You may want to try putting a small amount of grease on o ring as a dry one can be tight to install. Be sure you have correct bulb for car and notch (s) are the same. If you can just wiggle and push some. You will get it. Be careful not to touch bulb glass or you will be doing this often :( . Lastly, if its in you way, move it. Some big hands etc do require more things to be removed to replace parts
